Due to development of the society, integration of our country into developed countries of modern Europe and requirements of the labour market, the need to support innovations and European dimension in VET system, the improvement by means of observing positives and comparing has been striking , especially in branches in progress which are, undoubtedly, those studied at PaSA ( kindergarten teachers and school-club assistants, assistant teachers, social workers and animators). Objectives of this project reflects the necessity of being given a possibility of individual mobility, improving qualifications, initial vocational training, gaining knowledge and experiences based on working in a particular branch abroad and a follow-up application of positive innovations in own vocational practice. Moreover, the realization of the mobility in Activity 1 met the requirement of improving communication skills in English language and special vocabulary extension which definitely supported graduates´ job opportunities. 24 students of PaSA in VET (12 per each activity) studying the following fields of study: kindergarten teachers and school-club assistants, assistant teachers, social workers and animators and two teachers of English (in case of Activity 1) and two teachers of vocational subjects (in Activity 2) , who accompanied the students and were tutoring them, took part in the project. During a two-week stay the students of the fourth form realized their compulsory practice simultaniously in institutions comparable to the equivalents of Slovak practice places in Great Britain and the Czech Republic in two activities. During the practice all the innovative observations were reported in a student´s daily report document. This practice was accepted by the school management as a proper compulsory practice and was realized in the scheduled time. Consequently, students applied their newly gained knowledge and innovations in the practical part of vocational maturita exam, i.e. at maturita exam project presentations focusing on quality improvement and innovations application in their future profession. Besides the above-mentioned maturita exam presentations the mobility participants carried out presentations using their records and daily report documents, by means of which they could disseminate all the innovative methods, procedures and forms to other students in VET in particular branches. Better results in vocational education as well as more effectiveness in future vocational practice of trainees is regarded to be a long-term benefit of the project.
