The project of Higher Vocational State School in Wloclawek in the academic year 2014/2015 lasted 16 months from 1st June 2014 till 30th September 2015. The goal of the project focused on mobility fulfilment in both directions and keeping the highest quality rules included in Erasmus Charter and interinstitutional agreements. In the academic year 2014/2015 94 beneficiaries took part in the mobility in both directions: 53 beneficiaries arrived in the host institution and 41 beneficiaries went abroad. Among incoming beneficiaries students were the dominant group - 42 beneficiaries and the number of incoming teaching and training staff was 11. Among outgoing beneficiaries 17 were students and 24 teaching and training staff. The project agreement was fulfilled in more than 95%, however, it was necesaary to decrease the number of outgoing students and increase the number of outgoing training staff. The additional mobilities of the training staff were fulfilled thanks to use a part of OS grant. 8 outgoing students came from disadvantaged background and it was 47% of all outgoing students. Students from disadvantaged background received grants from POWER programme. Because of that and because of the fact that the institution sent less outgoing students than the institution originally put in the project agreement, the institution fulfilled the original budget in 62% and it was necessary to decrease the value of the budget. However, the corrected budget the institution fulfilled in 100%. The institution sent 22 women and 19 men to 10 universities from 8 countries. The project was fulfilled with the highest quality and in concert with all rules from the Erasmus Charter and interinstitutional agreements. All beneficiaries received the biggest support from the institution and it was valueted very positively. All beneficiaries received very high educational effects and competence which affected their personal development and home and host organisations. Therefore the project results had not only local or regional impact, but also national, european or international impact.
