The project aimed at encouraging sub-regional managers to think together andcooperate. The following three events were organised in order to help implementthe objectives set out by the project: „Sub-regional Launch Campaign”, „Training”and „Cross-border Regional Development Experts’ Day”. Sub-regions used the threedaycampaign to introduce themselves and paint a realistic picture of their situationthrough written introductory material, local exhibitions, and cultural events. The projectalso involved the purchase of an event tent. The overall objective of the project was tomake sub-regional experts more keenly aware of the importance of partnership andcooperation and a more efficient implementation of cross-border programmes.
