Project "EU Facing Migrations" is aimed for ten organizations from Europe and will include participants from Macedonia, Kosovo, Turkey, Spain, Sweden, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Bulgaria and Serbia and will contain two Training Courses and Seminar. The main aim of the project is capacity building of the youth workers and their NGOs in order to provide urgent assistance and reintegration support to the refugees, migrants and other people with fewer opportunities.With this project youth workers will learn about the migration and its types, influences on the countries, communities, and people in need of migrating, purpose and tools for the outreach work, phases of field work, communication with beneficiaries, using peer education to multiply the knowledge and involving more young people to work on this urgent issue. Youth workers will have the opportunity to enrich their knowledge on this issue and strengthen their personal capacities, in order to better understand and respond to the needs people with fewer opportunities, as well to encourage and mobilize a bigger group to lobby for social inclusion of these people, in order to fight marginalization.
