This is a development and implementation project testing in practice the objectives set by the Ministry of Education on the basis of a previously completed study. Starting youth camp and outdoor school activity in the neighbouring areas of Finland will promote tourism and the development of work methods and structures for co-operation with Russia in the field of youth work in general.
