I am a German-Brazilian citizen based in Berlin, Germany. I work in management, governance, technology, innovation and research applied to migration and refugee assistance. I am currently manager of a refugee shelter in Berlin, working for Volkssolidarität, a large-scale German association founded in 1945. Simultaneously, I am working towards a PhD in Public Policy and Management at the Freie Universität Berlin, with a project focused on socio-political impacts of China-funded smart-city projects across different political regimes on the New Silk Road. Finally, I am co-founder of a web3 DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organisation) developing decentralized, user-owned platforms and technologies that support migrants, agencies and governments towards improving refugee integration.
