  • Business Development and Implementation of projects funded by International Financial Donors such as the European Commission, World Bank, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, European Investment Bank as well as by  national and local government agencies (GIZ, POCU/POSDRU Romanian projects, Erasmus + projects)
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in services public procurement systems such as World Bank procurement rules, EC, EIB and EBRD procurement rules as well as national procurement rules and regulations in NIS, East Europe and Africa regions
  • Experience in elaborating and assessing guidelines, monitoring methodologies, internal control procedures as well as compliance with quality management system in line with EN ISO 9001:2008 international standard.
  • Coordination and management of multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary teams of experts & coordination of consortium building
  • Negotiations with expert, consultants and consortium partners for collaborations in joint ventures of consortia
  • Creation of an comprehensive database of CVs and contacts of more than 1500 inputs and regular updating Liaising with experts/clients/consortium partners during project implementation (data collection   and coordination)
  • Full business development activity and consortium building: build and expand partners and experts relationships
  • Management of the company’ experts’ database; experts’ selection, recruitment, interviews, full feed-back correspondence;
  • Performance of conformity compliance of EU acquis with national legislation  of various EU Member States
  • Collection of national legislation
  • Creation of database of the applicable national legislation
  • checking of EU relevant directive or regulation against the national legal act
  • drafting of compliance tables with the EU legal acts and the respective national legislation
  • Backstopping support in context of international projects (experts support, research, contracts implementation, etc.)
  • Project identification, Elaboration of Expressions of Interest, Proposal coordination/writing, drafting reports, Project Management under national and international public procurement systems;
  • Follow up of service contracts with experts and external consultants in accordance with the General terms and conditions and specific conditions of service contracts
  • Arrangements of logistics for missions of international and local experts
  • Drafting of Standard documentation required for service procuring  -such as Expression of Interest, Technical and Financial Proposals in compliance with the General Terms and Conditions of the service contracts of IFIs as well as the Special Conditions
  • Engaged in the full cycle of the tendering process of service contracts
  • Employment contracts for local and international experts, sub-consultancy agreements between the firm and local/international experts

  • Management of study visits: coordination of large groups of trainees, contacts with mentorship companies 

  • Elaboration of business plans/Start-ups management
