He is an accredited consultant and assessor in business consultancy services with extensive and long term experience in delivering consultancy services; Entrepreneurship, feasibility studies, business plan, marketing research, organizational and managerial planning, production planning, financial planning, human resources management, communication strategies, organizational development, and restructuring. He conducted training and coaching for project staff and stakeholders on PCM, Project implementation, monitoring, financial aspects of project management, and EU procedures for grants within the scope of and UNDP projects and practical experience of EU Grants scheme management. He gained depth experience in cluster approaches and processes such as Organic Agriculture Development, Textile Sector Development, and Agricultural Cluster projects. He conducted training and experience as a trainer in entrepreneurship, feasibility studies, business planning, project management, market research, grant scheme projects needs assessment, Sales and Marketing Management, Customer Relations Management, Basic Management Skills, He has been working as a startup trainer and consultant in different regions.
