The labour market is rapidly changing and young people today have completely different values and needs compared to the past. However, enterprises and labor policies are still decided by older generations who hold power, thus lacking in translating new values into the system. Through this project, we would like to explore young people's considerations, ideas, and perspectives to influence a change in policymaking.
