The capacity building of the associations is envisaged by: 

• the development of innovative project management procedures 
• the setting up of operational tools for the implementation, steering and monitoring of projects within the framework of an updated and shared conception of the role of associations 
• the monitoring of projects with a view to optimisation, societal impact and sustainability of the actions undertaken.
